The day-long theoretical, demonstration and practical training is aimed at dentists, specialists.
This seminar will discuss structural changes in the body that are commonly encountered in the work of dentists. Practical sessions will include explicit exercises and manipulations to address dysfunctions of the wrist, elbow, shoulder and scapula areas, as well as techniques for relaxing the eye muscles and the visual system.a to prevent the formation of chronic compensations.

Lecturer Sigita Labutienė is a member of the international organisation "Bates Method International", a member of the Board of the Lithuanian Union of Health Professionals and a pioneer of the camps in Lithuania for improving vision.
Kinesiotherapist Erika Šuliauskienė is a specialist in applied kinesiology, a lecturer at the Institute of Holistic Education.

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT //
To provide dentists with the practical knowledge and skills to avoid the effects of long-term work on body structures such as wrists, elbows, shoulders, shoulder blades and to provide better eye health care. One of the most innovative solutions is visual exercises. The training will focus on manipulations and stretches that help prevent the development of chronic compensations.
