Reiki is a practical practice, in other words, it unfolds, develops and grows only through practice.
Anyone who has had a Reiki initiation is well aware of the fact that Reiki is a gentle, unconditional love-filled method of spiritual development, restoring mental, emotional, physical balance, and helping to achieve self-realisation and energetic harmony at all levels-spiritual, mental and physical-without the need to use the energy of the Reiki practitioner. The more you practice Reiki, using it for yourself and for other consenting living beings, the more personal harmony and smooth spiritual growth you experience.
In more than ten years of living with Reiki, I have experienced this myself and have met many people who, not having the opportunity to practice, have given up Reiki.
Therefore, I invite all I HAVE Reiki initiation (Levels I, II, III) to meet in a cozy little space at REIKI PRAKI on January 14th and January 28th at 6 pm (every second Tuesday of January).
Note: if you don't have a Reiki initiation, but want to get one, I also do regular Reiki workshops with initiation, see www.astaivaskeviciute for info.We will practice the traditional Reiki Level I practices, because they are the base of the bases, the foundation of the basics, regardless of which Reiki level the practitioner has.
We will be using the Reiki Level I training materials developed and published by the Lithuanian Reiki Association for the practices. If you want to buy it from me (the price is 20 EUR).
Practices we will do (as much as we can do in 2 hours):
* Meditation on Reiki through Reiki hieroglyphics (have something to write on and with something to write on).
* Meditation on the five principles of Reiki (today I am anger-free, I am calm, I am grateful for everything, I work honestly, I respect all people and all life forms).
* Gassy meditation.
* Practices to increase the energy flow.
* Dry bathing.
* Exercises for increasing sensitivity of hands and fingers.
* Exercises to develop intuitive diagnosis skills.
* Short Reiki session.
* Intuitive Reiki session.
* Chakra Alignment Reiki session.
* Group Reiki session.
The Reiki practice will take place in the cozy studio at Teatro str. 3, Vilnius.
