VILNIUS GIRLS' TREE - a festive excursion with festive elements

 Let's prepare for the holidays together in an interesting and unusual way!

It is said that imagination feeds at night, and it's even better to develop it at dusk! On this occasion, I suggest you visit the themed excursion-quest "VILNIUS GIRLS' TREE". During the tour, we will walk through the darkest corners of our city and I will tell you unusual stories related to all kinds of devilish things that have happened in Vilnius many times over the past 700 years, and we will also try to find the traces of these stories in our city. In these stories, the dead of Vilnius are the main actors, actively changing the face of our city, even now, and many years after their death. Interesting? Then it's time to join this tour!

The tour with quintessential elements will take place on Sunday 22 November at 15:00. Meeting point at the Monument to King Mindaugas at the National Museum of Lithuania, Arsenal 1. Among other things, you will hear:

• about the once forbidden city on the site of Vilnius and its unusual pagan rituals;
• about a Polish man who sold his soul to the devil and managed to conjure up the ghost of Lithuania's queen Barbora Radvilaitė;
• about the strange finds on Gediminas Hill that shocked the whole Lithuania;
• about Adam Mickiewicz' strangest poem Devil's Devil's , which has no beginning and no end, and we will visit the place where it was written;
• about the last execution in the Town Hall Square and about the ghost in the yellow robe that still haunts the area around us:
• about the Frankenstein in Vilnius and its famous creator, as well as many other creepy and interesting stories!
