Druskininkai invites you to the most ambitious show of the opening of the Lithuanian Capital of Culture - the electronic music symphony "DIDYSIS ČIURLYS".
The opening programme of the "Druskininkai - Lithuanian Capital of Culture 2025" event will draw the audience to a spectacle that promises a lot of amazing effects. The creative solution for the opening will be revealed through the symbols of the four elements - nature, water, air and sun. The opening programme will also reflect all the main elements of Čiurlionis' oeuvre: through the music he composed, the letters and stories he wrote, and the paintings he painted.
Composer - Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis and Roe Deers.
Special guest - Sadeck Berrabah (France), the choreographer of the Grammy Awards and the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympics.
Director - Aurimas Kamantauskas.
The event will take place on 11 January at 7.30 pm.
