It was 17 years ago this March that we lost one of the most outstanding Lithuanian performers, the pioneer of sung poetry Vytautas Kernagis. To commemorate his memory and to remember his "insanely fantastic" songs, LIUDAS MIKALAUSKAS, the owner of the velvet voice, the singer who is very much loved by the audience, and one of the best Lithuanian instrumentalists, music virtuosos - jazz pianist PAULIUS ZDANAVIČIUS and percussionist MARTYNAS LUKOŠEVIŠIČIUS are inviting you to the concerts of their spring tour, which will take place in only 6 towns!
Rarely has anyone not heard Liudas Mikalauskas' renditions of the songs of maestro Vytautas Kernagis and his deep and touching interpretation of them. His renditions of "White Bird", "Our Days as a Celebration", "Mountains on the Mountain", "When the Cherries Are Souring in Suvalkija", "I Call the Nation" will leave no one indifferent and will inspire the audience to join in the performance of the piece itself.
