Opis wydarzenia
Alter Ego is the "other self", our good side, our conscience, our guide. He appears in the form of an angel and addresses the audience with wise words, constantly emphasizing that the worst is "...when we have eyes but do not see, we have ears but do not hear". The performance begins with a revived painting by P. Bruegel "The Blind" (1586), when the blind begin their journey holding on to a rope. Together with them, the audience will immerse themselves in the feelings experienced by the Elephant Man, a person who really lived - John Merrick (b. 1862). He experienced the indifference of people, and at the same time, mercy. The characters of the play are gradually freed from spiritual mankurtism, discover their vocation, path and purpose. The world is once again wonderful, magical and holy as the final "living picture" - M.K. Čiurlionis' "Tale of Kings".
