hanks to the wishes of many art fans, the great pianist Marialy Pacheco (the world's only jazz performer-superstar from Cuba) will perform in Vilnius.
The concert will take place on November 25. 18.00, in the beautiful organum concert hall (Savanorių pr. 1), which has only 200 seats.
Marialy Pacheco was born in Havana, the capital of Cuba. She became interested in music at the age of seven and began her studies at the famous Havana Conservatory. With the support of his parents (his mother is a choir director, his father is an opera singer), he later graduated with honors from the piano class at the Escuela Nacional de Artes and continued his studies in the art of composition, during which he even won two gold medals at the World Choir Games!
During successful concert tours around the world, with the first in 2005 with the album "Bendiciones" (Blessings), Marialy becomes a world-class musician! She constantly travels, creates, records albums, lives in Australia and Japan, and in 2012 participated in the solo pianist competition of the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival. As the first woman in the history of this competition, she was awarded a special jury prize, as well as an audience award.

The last album of 2022 "Reload", which will be presented in Lithuania, became the pinnacle of musical inspiration and wonderful collaboration!
As the author and performer of the album M. Pacheco herself states: the meaning of "reboot" is like a discovery and rebirth, consecrating every artistic embodiment of her creative personality with a fresh, shining light. According to the musician, every note she plays has a meaning, behind every melodic movement and harmony there are ideas and experiences that inspire her.
Marialy currently lives with her mother in Bremen, Germany (she says she always felt she would have to leave her little Caribbean island to share her music with the wider world outside).
Reload is Marialy Pacheco's twelfth album and, in her opinion, her most exciting and mature creative endeavor to date. In addition to two Cuban musical standards, it contains only the author's most sensual creations!“I wanted to expand my palette of musical colors!” she explains about the concept of the album itself.
