Scottish vocalist Doogie White has always been a big fan of Deep Purple. While they were performing in London, he took the opportunity to hand the band's manager recordings of several of his songs with the caption "If Ritchie (Blackmore) ever needs a vocalist...". But before that, the active vocalist even claimed the position of Iron Maiden's frontman, when it was necessary to replace the vocalist Bruce Dickinson, who had left the group at the time (in the end, they chose Blaze Bayley). However, it was his participation in the Iron Maiden auditions that led to Doogie White's reputation as a highly sought-after vocalist for working with other musicians. He has worked or still works with Yngwie Malmsteen, Tank, La Paz, Alcatrazz, Praying Mantis, Cornerstone, Demon's Eye, Pink Cream 69 and many others, and with a real guitar legend Michael Schenker (ex-Scorpions, UFO) took part in the concert of the project "Michael Schenker's Temple of Rock" in Vilnius in 2012.
In 1994, however, Doogie realized his old dream - he joined the ranks of the legendary "Rainbow", recorded the album "Stranger In Us All" (1995) with this group and took part in the world tour of its presentation. Doogie talks about this period with great respect: "I wanted to do it from the first moment I heard Ritchie Blackmore play. It's not every day you meet a guy who has given you so much inspiration and desire to play together. I enjoyed all that time, from rehearsals in a cold room, to recording the album and performing."

Guitarist Rowan Robertson, when he was only 17 years old, was noticed and invited to the ranks of his project "Dio" by a true icon of heavy music, vocalist Ronnie James Dio. Rowan replaced guitarist Craig Goldy, who had left the band, and went from being a little-known musician to a global star overnight. With Dio, Robertson recorded the album Lock up the wolves (1990) and took part in the subsequent world tour to promote it. Back then, the group featured heavy music luminaries such as former AC/DC drummer Simon Wright and current Stratovarius and Rainbow keyboardist Jens Johansson.
