Educational performance for children. Ecology becomes an inseparable part of our everyday life and thinking, and in the KJT play "OPA! (Operation: Recycled me!)" ecological ideas enter the theater stage for children as well. The action of the educational performance for children revolves around five pieces of garbage that are no longer needed by anyone - Battery, Bag, Magazine, Glass and Lemon. Although all of them are thrown away, some in the garbage, some by the river, some in the forest, but the garbage feels that their life still has a continuation. Naive, but determined garbage in the play "OPA!" (Operation: Reworked Me!)" sets out to find their destiny - they don't know if they will be able to find what each of them is looking for, what trials they will all have to go through and what awaits them at the end of the road.
The actors of the Klaipėda Youth Theater not only aim to introduce the audience to playful characters, but also examine the topics of ecology and sorting in the performance. Does everything we carelessly throw away really no longer have any value? Are we throwing away where it is needed? Do we know what impact ordinary garbage has on the environment and on ourselves?
The creators of the show will try to find answers to these and other questions together with the audience. The playful acting and musical form of the play is the way to do it, and the humorous trash characters are our comrades in this operation.
