The grandiose anniversary concert of Andrias Mamontov, which took place in June, invited a large group of listeners to Vilnius Vingis Park. The singer, who performed legendary songs together with the orchestra led by Modestos Pitrėnas, says that this experience was easy and good and believes that this extraordinary performance will remain in people's memory for a long time.
When asked how he feels after 40 years on stage, Andrius admits that all those years passed very quickly and imperceptibly. But when you look back and count all the released albums, held concerts and visited countries of the world, there is definitely something to remember. They say that they miss the music and the stage, so the audience will not have to wait long. Already this fall, we will see Andrii in a different, slightly unusual role.
Andrias Mamontov's concert tour called "One" begins on November 4. The artist will visit as many as 13 cities in Lithuania during the tour, which will last from November to January. His legendary songs composed and performed will be performed in: Alytus, Panevėžys, Šiauliai, Utena, Anykščiai, Mažeikiai, Marijampolė, Telšiai, Tauragė, Šilutė, Klaipėda, Kaunas and Vilnius.
During the "Vienas" tour, Andrius will appear alone on stage. And it won't be an ordinary concert. "I write songs alone and often record my albums alone. I love playing with a band and big groups of musicians, but when you're on stage alone, you have a much closer connection with the audience. Especially since I like to use technologies that allow the music to sound fuller, even if there is only one person on stage. I plan to take a small robot that plays percussion instruments", says the artist about the performances awaiting the audience.
The audience will have the opportunity not only to listen to their favorite songs, but also to chat with Andrius himself during the concert and ask him questions. The artist, who constantly gives his songs a different tone, wants to surprise the listeners with new sounds, variations and a more interesting presentation.
When asked if during the "Vienas" tour, the listeners will hear "Laužo sviša", which has already become a symbol, the performer did not hide his smile: "I think that without "Laužo šviša" my concerts are no longer possible (smiles). I want to take a look at what I've created over those 40 years and keep a healthy balance between all the songs I love, the newer ones, and the songs I hold very dear."
