Each friendship is different, exclusive, unique and unique. Each friendship even has its own color, taste and smell. No two friendships are the same anywhere, just like nowhere else is there a friendship like that of Gerald the elephant and Patricia the mouse. "Vejju teatras" presents a play from the already well-known book by Aušra Kiudulaitė and Marius Marcinkevičius "Draugystė ant straublio galos", where children will be able to see well-known characters from the book on stage. Together with them, to plant a tree of friendship, philosophize over a cup of tea and save yourself from the rising storm. What is the storm, how it arose and how to escape from it - Veļi will tell you.
P.S. Now we can reveal only one secret that no one knew yet - the big elephant Gerald has a rather strange hobby - KNITTING. Shh... Just don't tell anyone. It's a secret.
The book "Draugystė ant straublio galo" won the prize for the most beautiful book for sensing a child's imagination and its professional expression (2017 Book Art Competition) and the 2017 Diploma of the Tallinn Illustrators Triennial.
The play is written based on Aušra Kiudulaitė and Marius Marcinkevičius's book "Friendship at the end of the warbler" and other unpublished stories. Project partner: "Tikra book" publishing house.
