Hodges was born in London, studied at Cambridge and Bristol universities, but has been living in Germany for about twenty years. This concert in Vilnius will mark the centenary of the legendary composer György Ligeti (1923–2006). Nicolas Hodges will play G. Ligeti's famous piano etudes, which have become some of the most popular in the repertoire of many prominent pianists.
