Late but beautiful autumn reminds us that it's time to taste this year's young wine!

November 17, 7 p.m. we invite you to a young wine tasting evening, during which wine connoisseurs will present young Beaujolais wine. "Young Beaujolais has arrived!" (French: Le Beaujolais nouveau est arrivé!) is the slogan that begins the biggest celebration of new vintage wine in the world. After becoming a national holiday around the 1970s, Young Beaujolais Day quickly spread beyond France to the rest of Europe, and soon the United States and Asia. The Beaujolais region has become the most popular, but certainly not the only producer of young wine in France.

The musical program and the good mood of the evening will be given to you by the French artist Clara Giambino!

More and more young interesting personalities and creators appear on the Lithuanian music scene, but among them there are rarely people who do not have any genealogical connection with our country.

Clara is a professional theater dancer. She was born and raised in Marseille, in the exquisitely beautiful Provence region of France. three years ago, after completing her studies in Israel, she came to Kaunas to work at the dance theater "AURA". As the artist herself states, during this period she fell in love with the temporary capital of Lithuania and can already call this city her home. The talented creator even founded a business here - the cafe "Čaika" in the heart of Kaunas, runs the coffee and dessert house founded by her and her colleague.

The French artist Clara Giambino does not have Lithuanian roots. However, this fact did not prevent her from introducing herself to music fans with the uniquely Lithuanian song "Širdis", in which Klara's lips echoed the lines of Lithuanian literary classic Vincas Mykolaitis-Putins.

"I really like to write lyrics for songs myself, but it was still difficult for me to do it in Lithuanian." Therefore, I began to actively search for various Lithuanian poems and ask friends to translate them for me. When I realized what this sonnet was talking about, something within me began to resonate. Because these verses can be dedicated to anyone: a loved one, a friend, passion, inner intuition. The uncertainty of this sonnet impressed me a lot," C. Giambino said about the song's creation.
