December 17, Sunday."Destiny" is a German Expressionist silent fantasy romantic film directed by Fritz Lang, which is inspired by the Indian folk tale of Savitri. The film tells the story of a woman who longs to be reunited with her dead lover. The strip also follows three other tragic novels set in a Middle Eastern city; in Venice, Italy; and in the Chinese Empire.The cinematic and magical evening experience will be ushered in by rising underground star Hilary Woods. Irish artist Hilary Woods' compositions develop practices that are reflective of each other in song, sound, text-writing and analog recording. Her sonic experimentalism and explorations involving drone, sampling, field-recording, and of course, delicate vocals - reveal deeply personal and intuitive songwriting.
