During the New Year's period, the annually pleasing ensemble "Lietuva" presents the festive program "Mes – Lietuva!". The dance and music concert promises not only a festive mood, but also works from the modern, renewed and versatile repertoire of the ensemble revealed in an unexpected form. The program specially dedicated to the New Year will be performed by the choir of the "Lietuva" ensemble, a dance group and an orchestra of national instruments. The guest actor and performer Giedrius Arbačiauskas will join the performers and bring charismatic colors.
The New Year's concert will surprise both the most loyal fans and those who appreciate the ensemble's creative experiments. From national genre, Baltic motifs and works of sung poetry to contemporary music or even elegant classics, the audience will enjoy a tasteful selection of musical genres and styles.
The concert "Mes - Lithuania!" will unite us all - the program is unique, recognizable and inspiring to be proud of the work of Lithuanian authors and the unique sound of national instruments. Some of the festive performances will be reminiscent of such projects of the ensemble "Liethuva" as the program with bards "I'm singing to you for life", the mysteries "Gods and people" and "Thunder", "Lithuanian songs" or even "Kiss from France" inspired by French classics.
