Official: Rokas Yan to perform his biggest outdoor concert in Kaunas in June

One of the country's most prominent pop musicians and performers Rokas Yan will perform his only solo concert in the coming summer. The organisers announce today that the unique music show will take place on 20 June in Kaunas' Song Valley. According to the artist himself, the exclusive venue will allow him to create a special concert without limiting his ideas.

Recently, the artist, who recently won the M.A.M.A. statuette for the best song of the year at the M.A.M.A. Music Awards for his song May, has had a truly impressive year, with a number of personal bests.

However, the singer remains modest, saying that his main mission is to create something that inspires people and surprises and relaxes them at concerts.

Speaking about his upcoming show at Kaunas' Dainų valley, Rokas Yan says that the chosen venue for the concert is iconic.

"I can feel a new phase slowly beginning, and I am looking forward to bringing everything that is bubbling up inside to the stage. We've chosen an iconic venue with a special story - this is where I envision the experience we'll create for you for one single night. I look forward to seeing you all there," says the artist.

Before 20 June. A huge team of professionals has been working on the concert in Kaunas' Song Valley for some time now. Musicians, dancers, stage designers, lighting, visualization and special effects professionals will join forces for this concert.

The past calendar year has been an impressive one for artist Rokas Yan - the second album "Širdis" was released, which is one of the most listened to in the country to date, the biggest music show "Rojus" was held at Kaunas Sports Hall, the artist was named the Artist of the Year in the radio station "Lietus" by a vote of the radio station "Lietus" audience, and the music awards "M.A.M.A." awards, and his song "May", written and recorded with Monika Liu and Vaidas Baumila, was recognised as the song of the year.
