Alex Yukum's virtual reality work Mariupol 3 gives the viewer the opportunity to experience a theatre that no longer exists. Normally, theatre is a fiction, like a stage drama separated from reality, but in Yukum's work, theatre and reality switch places. By entering a virtual space, the viewer becomes part of the action - walking around a theatre building that no longer exists, waiting for the performance to start, and suddenly realising that the performance is already taking place. Giedrius Satkūnas and Daniel Kravchuk in their work Dispersed images Vol. 1" explore the culture of digital content dissemination, with a particular focus on torrent technology and platforms that open up new ways of sharing and transferring images in digital space. These found, obsolete or even pirated images are brought together in a catalogue-format publication that seeks to give them legitimacy. Agota Balčiūnaitė's animated work "About Empty Rooms" conveys broken family ties and memories that remain fragmented and chaotic. Through images and sound, she embodies the stages of life where family relationships change with distance or the passage of time. The exhibition will be on view at the KCCC Exhibition Hall (Didžioji Vandens g. 2, Klaipėda) until 15 December.
