Palanga street radio is an independent community radio station located in Vilnius. Established in 2017 apartment on Palanga Street, we followed the DIY philosophy that inspires us to this day and encourages community involvement. As a volunteer team, we aim to foster a safe and inclusive environment for free cultural expression on site and online. The main focus of the radio is music and sound art, interviews and talk shows dealing with various cultural and artistic topics. Over the years, the name of Palanga, a nostalgic seaside resort on the Baltic coast, has been literally embraced through the resort's aesthetics and amateur artworks, which have become the well-known visual identity of Palanga street radio. Over the entire period of existence of Palanga street radio, more than 100 public live events were created - music performances, roller discos, daytime raves and mini FM gatherings, as well as cooperation with artists' projects in Lithuania and abroad.
