Annual Diversity Charter Conference

The year's most important event on diversity and organisational openness, bringing together hundreds of responsible employers. 

"Superdiversity: the unrecognised layers" is the main focus of this year's conference, inviting a fresh look at diversity and today's workplaces. 

No one human being can be defined by their gender, age, background, health or other characteristics. Our overlapping identities are the super-diversity that we will get to know and through which we will discover the diversity of ourselves and our colleagues.

We will talk about emotional health, why some identities are still hidden, and what impact this has on the workplace microclimate. Lithuanian and international guests will present unique human experiences and social change experiments taking place in organisations.
