Understanding the importance of your daily work and appreciating your sincere concern for Lithuanian children, we have decided to contribute to your noble mission by organizing and inviting speakers on topics of interest to you.
An event dedicated to the staff of children's day-care centres will include:
- A presentation "Helping families with special children" will be given by a guest from Germany - the author of the unique methodology Dr. Reiner Hasmann,
- Eglė Jokužytė will share her experience of working with children with visual impairments,
- Dr. Irena Blaževičė, founder of the social incubator "Domus solis", will talk about the importance of inclusive education in day care centres.
- Practical sessions will be held by group facilitators Ernesta Skeberė and Laura Jasinskaitė-Baranauskienė.
- The conference will be crowned with a musical surprise and a warm meeting with opera soloist Nomeda Kazlaus.
After the conference you will have more knowledge and practical skills:
- how to apply the knowledge of positive parenting and pedagogy to work with special needs children and their parents
- You will not only learn, but also experience the power of peer-to-peer communication, the strength of the relationship, and the benefits of being in a community.
- You will learn about the lasting impact you are having on children's lives and be inspired, motivated and inspired by new ideas.
- You will bring creative tips on how to adapt play methods and activities to develop children's patience and attentiveness, to strengthen interconnection, tolerance and a sense of community.
After the conference, all participants will have the opportunity to use the Triple P methodology of the World Health Organization's Triple P programme.
