Two worlds. That's how you will feel after a concert by Yagoda Stanicka. One is the delicate romance of Frederic Chopin. The other, the cinematic works of the singer herself. According to the pianist, this duality is the result of her strong classical education and her desire to follow her own creative path.
A graduate of the prestigious Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and the Amsterdam Conservatory, Stanicka has honed her skills with some of today's greatest pianists. After numerous recitals and performances with orchestras, she realised that this was not enough! So today she is also a composer, who has won awards and been featured on Polish, American and German radio stations.
Between musical genres, the pianist rubs shoulders as a member of the bands "tęskno" and "OLKA", and in the projects "Piano for AI" and "Przy-jaźni" she seeks to connect and inspire communities all over the world through her music.
So, together with Stanicka, we'll be spinning to the rhythm of Chopin's waltzes, experiencing the seriousness of the ballad. And for the finale, we will take a stroll through the soloist's minimalist soundscapes, which are enchanting in their emotional depth.
