Green and a concert in the Green Capital! And indeed it is a lively performance by multi-instrumentalist Remis Ranci. He will play music and talk "with love about the things that make us green and with irony about the things that make us evolve". In other words, a recipe for the good life, written out on different instruments - guitar, mbira, percussion, flutes, piano.
The musician says that he likes "colourful programmes, with each piece sounding different". So inspiration can come from books, travels, films... However, the most powerful compositions are inspired by real life events. It's easy to recognise oneself, situations that have happened, or a variety of not necessarily pleasant characters. However, when all this is coloured by the artist's great sense of humour, a smile is inevitable.
According to Ranchi, music is a great way to feel and reflect on things without being overwhelmed by words. So it's up to you what you take away from the Green Concert.
