We invite you to visit the beautiful Sapiegas Park in Antakalnis, enjoy a day of dance music and create a celebration together at the City Laboratory. On Saturday, 11 May. 

After a nice and very fun first event, it won't be long before we meet again to dance. Weather permitting, the event will start in the courtyard and then we will move inside. This time my good friend and guest from Berlin, Niklas Wandt, is joining the music programme. He is a multi-instrumentalist and electronic musician, DJ and radio presenter and one of my favourite artists. I'm glad that music-making has brought us together - we will be launching a joint vinyl record during the event. It is my remix and interpretation of Niklas's Forelental. 

The event will again feature the sounds of live instruments - Živilė, otherwise known as Samana Rituals, will be performing a sound journey at the end of the event, with the sounds of the bowls and gongs. Zivilė is a sound tour guide, certified yoga and meditation teacher, surf and yoga camp organiser. 

A few words about me - Simas Slabačiauskas - I am a DJ and music producer, event organiser. I have been doing this for 20 years and currently I am passionate about the idea of day dances, where I like to share light and positive electronic music, full of world music influences. You can also hear my radio show on Vilnius Radio, under the same name Solresol. This name symbolises music as a universal language that is understood by all, and that connects and uplifts.

The event will take place at the Urban Laboratory, a sustainable and environmentally friendly educational community centre that includes a café, an open event space, eco-innovations, a hydroponic garden, an educational garden, a gallery, and a DIY outdoor play area for children.
