Lukas Isaak, born in Germany, has Lithuanian roots. His mother, whose parents come from the Trakai district, is from the Isaak region. He learned to play the guitar at a young age from his dad. Before the coronavirus pandemic, Lukas took part in the Sigitas Šilinskas Classical Guitar Competition in Vilnius and stayed in Lithuania. Lukas decided to stay in Lithuania to nurture his Lithuanian roots and improve his Lithuanian language. After deciding to stay here, he started studying classical guitar at the Lithuanian Academy of Music. Lukas stands out for his individual interpretation and his musicality in bringing music to life. His repertoire spans all eras of time, and he performs music ranging from European to South American composers, as well as modern contemporary music. This reflects the wide range of possibilities of the keyboard guitar in the performance of music of different genres and styles.
