Sommelier Studies is a wine education course suitable for both wine enthusiasts and professionals working in the industry.
Through theoretical and practical classes, students not only learn to appreciate and identify the main grape varieties, but also to improve their knowledge of winemaking, the knowledge of the wine regions, and the pairing of food and drink.
The course is taught by the best wine experts in Lithuania and has already graduated more than 2000 students in Lithuania.
The Sommelier study programme is divided into three semesters. Each semester consists of 12 lectures held once a week.

The school is open to all 20-something wine lovers and industry professionals.
No wine knowledge is required to study at the school. We start with the basics of wine tasting and systematically build up the knowledge as the course progresses.
Studies are conducted in Lithuanian.
Socially responsible drinking is part of the curricula of all the training programmes organised by the Lithuanian School of Sommeliers.
We use spittoons in all lectures, and water is provided to students. We are also proud to be part of the international moderation organisation "Wine in Moderation"
