The word "Furioso" means "Furious" in Spanish, says Alexis Gonzalez, choreographer and co-director of the Tango Theatre, but it's not necessarily a negative word. Fury can also be a creative force, a storm that cleanses, brings fresh air, dispels old emotions and makes way for new ones. Our Tango Furioso aims to convey this feeling - it is energetic, intense, full of life and passion, and every movement, every musical note is saturated with this powerful energy that we want to transmit to the audience."
