Singer Rokas Yan to stage his biggest conceptual show yet "Rojus"

Rokas Yan, one of the country's most listened-to singers and music creators, is shaking up the music scene and announcing his most ambitious career move yet - his biggest music show yet "Rojus". According to the singer, it has been a lifelong dream to put on a conceptual concert, which required time and a bigger space. The singer is preparing for the show on 22 November at the renovated Kaunas Sports Hall with a team of talented musicians, dancers and stage designers, and promises to create a memorable evening.

Rock Yan, who started his musical career two years ago with a higher profile and a more prominent stage, is today one of the most listened-to music artists in the country. His first songs such as "Vakar vakkare", "Surask me" or "Stadionai" with Jessica Shy have become super hits.

He is currently enjoying a large audience, a successful first album "Melodramas", a number of awards from the most important music awards in the country, M.A.M.A."

Recently, the artist's latest releases "Will you be with me?", "Melodramas" recorded with Evgenya Redko or "Gegužis" recorded with Monika Liu and Vaidas Baumila, conquered the tops of not only the music listening platforms, but also of the country's radio stations' playlists.

According to Rokas Yan, it was a dream of his to give a concert in a larger space, and he pursued this dream by working hard, and by never wasting any time in doing what he loves the most: creating.

The concert "Paradise", which will take place on 22 November at Kaunas Sports Hall, is the work of a large team of professionals, combining music, choreography, stage design and show elements. According to the artist, it is like a continuation of the show "The End of the World", which took place in the spring at St Catherine's Church in the capital.

"With the end of the world themes out of the way, it's time for the continuation of the story. I have been living in my thoughts about this concert for several months and will continue to do so until I get on stage on 22 November. It will be a conceptual performance, laced with symbolism. A bigger space for the concert - to realise ideas that were not possible in smaller ones. We have never done anything like this before, and the team and I are putting a lot of effort and love into surpassing anything we have done before. With song list variations running through your head at night, all your favourite songs will sound more powerful than ever. And my heart is most excited that there will be new music, from a new creative phase. I'm looking forward to finally performing live and sharing what I've been breathing for the last year," says Rokas Yan.
