Another memorable evening of alternative music awaits us! Akli will perform in the historic Lukiškės Prison and present the strongest programme of the summer season. The trio will be helped to warm up and escorted to the stage by the young Vilnius punk rock quartet Sipas.

AKLI

Akli, who are in the best shape, are definitely not new to the scene, although they started their musical journey only four years ago. Having taken to the big stages, supported bands such as Pixies and - more recently - Fontaines D.C., Akli have already proven themselves to be one of the leaders of Lithuanian modern rock. Alternating between post-punk and industrial rock genres, Akli have a distinctive, sharp sound, which is undoubtedly complemented by the strong and expressive vocals of the band's frontman Kristijonas.

Whatever it may be, these guys are not lacking energy on stage. Their audience is convinced of this every time the band comes out, and from the very first song they are not into moshpit. And there will be more than a few of them in the courtyard of Lukiškių prison on 22 August!

Already having managed to rock a lot of stages, the girls and guys of "Sipo" have made a name for themselves as one of the most powerful young bands of the underground. Unflappable energy, undeniable vocals, apt lyrics and the right level of chaos are the band's calling card. Playing with Akli is their chance to try out the biggest stage of their career for the first time.
