The "Walk to Giruliai" series of events is now halfway through. On Wednesday, 10 July, at 18.00, the first round of the event will take place. The program "Pasinesusikalbėjimai" (poems by Daiva Čepauskaitė + songs by Andrius Zalieska-Zala) will be held at the Giruli branch of the Immanuel Kant Public Library of Klaipėda City Municipality (Šlaito g. 6A) on Friday, October 18, 2018, at 10:00 am. Sometimes - people don't speak and talk... sometimes they don't talk... sometimes they talk... ... all kinds of things... During the event there will be such conversations between Aldona and Andrius, between you and us, between songs and poems. We will talk about many things. About those who are near, about those who are not, about what didn't happen, about what we missed, about dreams, mistakes, expectations, and about the fact that it's good to live and to love...
"Passing Conversations" - music and poetry, songs and poems. Two voices - one singing, one speaking. It would seem that poems and music could not sound any other way, but there are not many such duets. Aldona Vilutytė and Andrius Zalieska-Zala are both wolves of the stage.
A. Vilutytė is an actress who plays roles in various theatres, cinema, dubs cartoons, performs on various Lithuanian TV stations, plays in radio plays, and participates in poetry and literature evenings. She is the founder of "Literarium", a lecturer of stage language and acting at the LAMT.
A. Zalieska-Zala is the leader of the rock band "Arbata". He also writes poems, which turn into songs, experiments and solo albums. He is a performer who, with his authentically deep grain of voice, does not allow us to forget the mastermind of Arbata, the harmony wizard who, like an acrobat, balances between mature words and spontaneous action.
We welcome those who want to stop, hide from the hustle and bustle, the rush, the business affairs, and have a quiet time with themselves and the performers.
Photography, filming, and publicity will be provided during the event.
