Brothers Kolia and Vasily's father is the toughest gangster. At least that's how he remained in childhood memories, as he left his sons and disappeared twenty years ago. One of the twins grew up to become a policeman, while the other became a bus driver and a small-time criminal. One day, after receiving a call from a foreign hospital, the brothers must decide together whether to embark on a journey to a foreign country to meet their father on his deathbed. Both brothers have their own troubles, but they are both curious about what their father is doing in the millionaire's paradise, Luxembourg.
