Peter Bence is a world-renowned piano virtuoso, renowned for his unique arrangements that subtly blend the classics with the most popular hits and modern technology.
He is delighted to return to the stage of the jubilee edition of the Midsummer Vilnius Festival on 17 July. Under a starry sky, Peter will present a spectacular light and sound spectacle - a unique performance that will captivate both music and innovation fans.
This time he will share tracks from his latest album Pianosphere, which combines his original compositions with well-known hits such as Despacito and Rocketman.
Peter Bence's arrangements are mesmerisingly masterful, and his performances take on an extra depth and dynamism as the loopers, rhythm machines, and electronic effects transform each track into a lively orchestral show.
Virtuoso rose to fame on YouTube, where his creative reworkings of songs such as Michael Jackson's "Bad" and Queen's "We Are The Champions" have attracted millions of fans.
These interpretations have become his calling cards and have earned him worldwide recognition, paving the way for appearances at prestigious venues such as the Sydney Opera House and Victoria Hall in Geneva. His work has also been recognised by media giants such as the BBC, Billboard, BuzzFeed and Classic FM, and his performance was featured on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
For one night only, in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, Peter Bence will create a spectacular musical adventure where classical music fuses with contemporary rhythms, and global hits come to life in unexpected colours.
Before his name, Peter plays only the Steinway - D, one of the most renowned and appreciated grand pianos in the world. This model is characterised by an exceptionally deep and rich range of sounds, subtle sensitivity and the ability to express the finest emotions.
