To mark the 40th anniversary of her perennially popular hit, a European tour has been announced, which will take place in late 2023, with concerts in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland, and is coming to Lithuania this year Bonnie Tyler has chosen the 40th anniversary of her global hit “Total Eclipse of the Heart” as the theme for her 2023 European tour. The song conquered international charts and has sold more than nine million copies worldwide. Meat Loaf producer Jim Steinman originally titled his dramatic composition “Vampires in Love,” so it was obvious that the legendary songwriter would include it in his cult musical “Tanz der Vampire,” which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. This epic ballad is an example of Tyler’s trademark rawness. Bonnie also performs a veritable firework of hits in her concerts, from her first chart hit, "Lost In France" (1976), to the worldwide hit "It's a Heartache", as well as "Holding Out for a Hero", "Hide Your Heart" and "Have You Ever Seen the Rain", as well as tracks from her 2021 album "The Best Is Yet to Come". The 40th Anniversary Tour "Total Eclipse of the Heart" is presented by RBK Fusion and Matt Davis Management.
