November 19 (on Sunday), in the very center of the Lithuanian capital, in a wonderful and unique place - J. Heifetz chamber hall, which is located at Pylimo str. 4, on the third floor of the Lithuanian Jewish (Lithvak) community and can accommodate only 100 lucky people, the only concert will be held by the exceptional folklore ensemble from Sakartvelo "Ensemble Musikeli" (leader Dimitri Kakulia)!
The uniqueness of this ensemble, which presented its colorful program in many countries around the world and became a laureate of several prestigious folklore festivals, is that perhaps only "Ensemble Musikeli" shows the world with its creativity a real, authentic version of the unique region of Sakartveli - Megrelia, where interesting, very musical people live. , proud and once very warlike people - Megreli, traditional art.
Megreli choral is very similar to Sakartveli's, but in addition to the polyphonic singing that we are used to, megreli songs have a lot of stormy sounds, which makes the works performed by many voices even more impressive and memorable!
We will reveal the secret that the great songs "Suliko" and "Tbiliso", loved by everyone, will also be played at the concert! In addition, the performers will bring with them a new, colorful music album, which they recorded especially for the tour of Lithuania!

The choir tours all over the world, its concerts are planned several years ahead, so the negotiations for the first stay in Lithuania lasted two years!
