Rokas Kašėta is a traveler, multi-instrumentalist musician, creator of "Mēnulis bougnai", songwriter, pioneer and creator of a new musical subgenre, dzūkodelika. Dzūkodelika is a modern musical creation in the dzūki dialect, born in 2020. After Roki finally returned from his long travels and life in Latin America, after meeting Eglė in the forests of Dzūkija and rediscovering the charm of his native dialect. The idea and goal of rock is to build a bridge between this spoken word, which is less and less heard even in the Varėna district, and modern forms of musical expression, thus aiming to give new life to dzūka, to help it not remain only in the past. In this work, dialectal singing, inspired by Dzuk folk songs, local culture and nature, acquires a new form, modern methods of artistic expression. Dzūkodelika intertwines sung poetry, it seems, rap, dzūk folklore, bossanova and other genres, vocals are supported here by guitar, gimbri, rubab, Mēnulis drum and other instruments. in 2022 in February, R. Kašėta released his debut album "Dzūkodelika".
