Non-verbal singing and movement performance with circus elements "When I scream, no one hears me". The performance is based on the principle of laboratory theater, experimenting with voice and body to create a synthesis between non-verbal singing, movement and circus elements. Through vocal and physical means of expression and manipulation of objects, the creative team embodies the stories of those people who find themselves on the street. While thinking about the idea of this performance, Armanda visited the "Carito" temporary hostel in Vilnius and, communicating with the residents there, tried to understand the reasons why people lose their homes.
You're walking down the street, you see someone calling for help, but you pretend you don't hear them and pass by. What should you do when you are madly empty and words are not enough to express what hurts so deeply? What happens to a person when he loses the place he lives in, loses his social voice, and words no longer have meaning because no one hears/wants to hear them? The dramaturgy of this performance is revealed through states embodied non-verbally in the voice, movement, circus elements and through the repetition of everyday actions, which creates a memory of the body and voice.
