The basement is a great place for those trying to hide from life. It is where a couple of slightly stumpy owls and the ruler of the virtual world - a boy who has had a bad fight with his mother - meet on the small stage of the Puppet Theatre. This is a story about the search for truth and the need to talk, about the fact that problems can be solved by speaking them out and not running away from them. And alongside loneliness, family, friendship and mutual understanding, there is another story line - that of the world's greatest city, Vilnius! Thanks to the moulders, who have spent their lives in the cellar, we will get to know the legends and stories of this region and encounter such mysterious creatures of Vilnius as Tvardauskas, the magician of magicians, and Vilniaus Basiliskas...
"O Lord, Vilnius!" - is the debut of actor and director Ainis Storpirštis on the stage of the Lėla Theatre. It is also the artist's first attempt as a playwright. "I would like the children to ask their parents about Vilnius when they come out of this performance. And that this play would be an impulse for them to spend time together, to talk." - He says.
