The annual musical feast organised by the National Symphony Orchestra of Lithuania has become a beautiful tradition now, When the musicians of this ensemble take to the stage of the Philharmonic's Great Hall and present themselves to the audience as soloists, when a whole group of talented musicians of the LNSO demonstrate their skills on stage by performing interesting, rarely heard scores as soloists with the Orchestra. This is also reflected in the title of this concert, "Orchestra up close", which eventually became the concert's motto. The musicians of the orchestra, from string players to wind players, from the front of the orchestra to the bass player, play with the accompaniment of their own colleagues under the baton of the orchestra's artistic director, Modestas Pitrėnas. So we invite you to take a closer look.
