The performance "Three Dzukian Beauties" by the Giraitė Theatre of the KC of Matuizi, based on Žemaitė's comedy "Three Lovers", is imbued with the fiery temperament of Dzukian women and the Dzukian dialect. A clever innkeeper seduces three Dzūkai women - a widowed mother and her two daughters - for money in the name of love. The intruder does not love any of them, so she tries to make as much money as possible and escapes abroad with her beloved Barboruki. The theme was, is and will be relevant at all times, when women lose their heads for the love of men, lose all their savings and get up to all sorts of foolishness. This hilarious performance will make you laugh and wonder what kind of love is there...for which women are willing to go to any lengths...
