On December 14, Palanga Concert Hall will be drowning in a sea of the most famous Lithuanian songs. Ovidijus Vyšniauskas with his stage companions Gintaras Šulinskas, Daumantas Slipkum and Martynas Lukoševičius will be presenting them.
"Išdalinau", "Mažyte mano", "Žvaigždė rūke", "Saulė leidžias", "Nidai", "Mamai" and these are just a few songs that probably every Lithuanian music listener knows. And when the first chords of the songs are played, the audience greets them with an ovation and the songs are played with the most wonderful chorus.
Ovidijus Vyšniauskas has been on stage for more than 40 years, and during these years he has written an impressive number of songs not only for himself, but also for well-known Lithuanian performers. During concerts Ovidijus, as in his song "I gave it away", gives out every last drop of himself, and the audience appreciates it when attending concerts and never leaves the stage without repeats and hugs of flowers.
"For me Palanga is a wonderful city, with so many colours, so many beautiful memories. I do a lot of concerts here in the summer. But in winter, Palanga is different, the one I like the most. I am really looking forward to this concert, which I promise will be warm, good, sensitive and crazy fun" - said Ovidijus Vyšniauskas.
