"À mesure - Handle with care" | AcCompany ME (Italy / Lithuania / France)
The AcCompany ME group is inspired by the English word "pace", which means both rhythm and step and rhythmic stride. The performance explores the journey we take with another person. With this work, the artist duo aims to leave a positive and heart-warming message. The performance offers a glimpse into the intimate space of a relationship: it reveals the teamwork necessary to make things work... The aim is to keep going, to go together.
The performance À mesure - Handle with care explores the discipline of the Cyril Wheel in all its possible aspects, combining it with the use of fragile objects such as eggs. "À mesure - Handle with care is an allegory about love in life, but also about the search for a common rhythm with the other person, the rhythmic step by which we come to each other. Using the language of the circle of Cyrus, which unites the performers, the two artists bring to the stage a story that seeks to reveal love in its various forms.
