Here you'll find out what French patisserie is all about, how French mousse cakes are made, and you'll get a chance to decorate them and, of course, taste some classic flavours. You'll also learn how the king of confectionery, chocolate, is born and we'll break a deep-rooted myth about it, it'll be fun and tasty! The training will be led by the enthusiastic chef Irmantas Norkus, the founder of the Dessert Workshop, who is always full of new ideas, following all the latest trends in the pastry industry in Europe and the world, and with whom you can not only discuss the latest developments in the world of desserts, but also learn about the twists and turns on the way to where he is today. The chef will share his experiences with the audience of nighttime foodies ● Have you got something sweet for the night? The event will take place in a cosy dessert shop called Dessert Workshop at 223 Vilniaus Street. PROGRAMME 30 minutes theoretical part, where you will learn what French mousse pastries are, what is the technology of their production, and you will get to touch them yourself, until the tasting, during which you will taste your own desserts.
