Escaping from prison, Taira gets a job at the circus and quickly becomes a famous lion tamer. Amongst her many admirers is the wealthy Kirk Lawrence, whose money greatly interests Taira. Not giving up on seducing him, Taira unexpectedly falls in love with Kirk's business partner and friend, Jack Clayton. However, their happiness is jeopardized by Taira's past - her ex-boyfriend, and she decides to defend her honor in court. "When I'm good, I'm very good. But when I'm bad, I'm better," confesses actress Mae West with the words of her character. She wrote the script for the film "I'm No Angel", which is believed to be one of the reasons for the strict self-censorship that prevailed in Hollywood. Rated PG-13.
