The exhibition "Visible Invisible" invites the audience to a unique interdisciplinary journey, bringing together the worlds of science and art. In this exhibition, Asta Fedaravičiūtė-Jasiūnė explores the intertwining of technology and art, exposing the invisible aspects of life through different perspectives and creative processes. The variety of techniques used - screen printing, jacquard weaving, computer embroidery, original techniques - reveals a wide range of creativity in which technology and tradition merge to form unique artistic narratives.
"Visible Invisible" is an invitation to a deeper exploration and dialogue about what is truly visible and what lies in the margins, where the synergy of science and art through an aesthetic prism can reveal the beauty and complexity of the world."
Asta Fedaravičiūtė-Jasiūnė specialises in textile art and, after studying at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, has been participating in group exhibitions, mostly abroad. She has exhibited her work in the Asia-Europe international touring exhibitions, as well as in Japan and South Korea. Asta works with traditional and contemporary fibre art techniques, combining them with personal narratives and cultural contexts.
