He caused a sensation at the Eurovision Song Contest with his song "Rim Tim Tagi Dim" and was greeted by thousands of people when he returned to his native Croatia. The released Baby Lasagna announces 3 concerts in the Baltics - 28 February in Tallinn (Heliteh), 1 March in Tallinn (Heliteh), 1 March in Tallinn (Heliteh) and 1 March in Tallinn (Heliteh).
Baby Lasagna, the musical project of Marko Purišić, was born out of the songwriter's need for artistic self-expression, allowing him to write and perform music without any strict genre restrictions. With Baby Lasagna, Marko has finally found a niche where he can combine incompatible genres and create new sounds that are both fresh and exciting.
The music was first launched to the public in late 2023 with the singles "IG BOY" and "Don't Bite Yourself, But Don't Love Yourself Too Much", and then went global with the song "Rim Tim Tagi Dim" in the first half of 2024. The song won the Croatian ESC contest for Dora in February and came second in the Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden in May, receiving the most public votes from fans worldwide. The song now has over 35 million streams on the Spotify platform and has been in the Top 40 official charts in countries such as the UK, Germany, Austria and more.
Following the phenomenal success of the ESC, Baby Lasagna's story has grown rapidly, signing a worldwide record deal with Polydor / Universal Germany, selling out 3 stadium shows in Zagreb, Croatia in one day, and countless performances across Croatia, the Balkans and Europe. After a very successful first run of shows this spring, and with over 60 shows planned until the end of April 2025, Baby Lasagna's future is looking really bright at the moment.
New music is also on the way, with further singles and videos coming in late June and late summer, and a debut album planned for next winter.
