Event description
The performance of the State Drama Theatre of Šiauliai (VŠDT) based on the play by German playwright Volker Ludwig will be revived with new energy! You will be the first to hear the songs created especially for this performance, which will be performed live by the young actors of the theatre.
The main characters of the play are a trio of seven-year-old friends - Bela, Bulis and Boss. These are not names, but nicknames, which also correspond to the characters. Bela is a beautiful girl, but a bit capricious, who lives only with her mother, while Bulis is the child of poor parents who longs for his mother's warmth. Boss is the child of rich parents, a pampered boy. All these main characters lack the attention and love of their relatives. They make friends, care for each other and try to help each other solve problems. This sometimes painful, sometimes funny story is told in a bold, playful way, without exaggerated didacticism or moralising tone.
