The Baroque pearl of St. Peter and Paul Church can be visited endlessly: the magnificent interior gives food for imagination and awakens interest in stories from the early Christian era. Here military paraphernalia is juxtaposed with floral ornamentation, and real battle kettledrums from the 17th century with a miraculous statue of Jesus. You will learn the history of the creation of this architectural masterpiece, learn how it managed to avoid destruction and remain in pristine condition, see the miracle-working icon, which helped Vilnius to overcome the plague epidemic, learn where the founder of the church was buried and what was written on his tombstone.
