Program: tracks from the "Sheep Effect" albums and a new composition
The string quartet "Chordos", which has amassed a great deal of musical experience in the field of modern music, has repeatedly managed to destroy the established classical image of the quartet. In order to actively participate in today's cultural processes, "Chordos" is coming to Klaipėda this time together with the saxophonist Simon Šipavičius, who effectively combines modern jazz and experimental music, creating under the pseudonym "Sheep Effect". Their performance promises a relaxing session in chaotic episodes of sounds interspersed with minimalistic rhythms and melodies. The evening's program will include songs from Sheep Effect's albums, as well as some new, never-before-heard compositions. S. Šipavičius is also a graduate of Klaipėda S. Šimkaus Conservatory.
