This is a brand new musical project that brings together generations of jazz. Three innovative artists - drummer Arkadij Gotesman, experimental musician Kristupas Gikas and saxophonist Kazimieras Jušinskas - will give an exclusive performance at the Muzikos Magijos Klub. The musicians will create a dialogue on stage, moving into monologues - using the timbres of vinyl, saxophone and percussion to make this happen.

In this performance, the expressive musical instrument will be none other than the turntable! Next to it, we will hear the saxophone, which will be lazing between acoustic electronic sounds, and finally the two instruments will merge into a single musical narrative across a wide spectrum of sounds. This fascinating dialogue will be followed by a percussion line - supporting mini-solo cadences, various sounds, timbres and rhythms.

This will be music that will create a surreal atmosphere by combining soft noise, elegant melodic lines, interactive conversations between the instruments, rhythmic loops and the extreme techniques of extended instrumental performance. Each performance of this musical project is different, as the musicians produce a different quality of unique and hypnotic sound.

K. Gikas and K. Jušinskas say that their music cannot be "pigeonholed" into stylistic frames:

"Our duo is distinguished by its experimental sound, which is created by forgetting the very nature of the instruments or the usual way of playing them and simply playing with all the sounds they produce. When we play together, we combine very different sound aesthetics, we try to communicate with each other, looking for commonalities between acoustic and electronic sound, or we just play in very different ways, painting a contrasting, collage-like, yet common musical picture.", - says Gikas.
