CinAmono is a theatrical atmosphere, a magical ceremony, an engaging, fun and professional collective, with Laura Budreckytė and Vytis Nivinskas at its creative core. Often, poetry is at the heart of their joint work, which requires a unique sound and suggestion. Bright structures, special melodies and wide, easily expandable spaces for improvisation. As a true ensemble of soloists, the development of themes grows into a rich series of monologues and conversations, accompanied by signs of encouragement and surprise from the audience. The group, which has been active since autumn 2013, is well known in Lithuania, transforming from a duo to a quintet. CinAmono has performed at Birštonas, Vilnius Mama Jazz, Nida, Druskininkai, Šiauliai, Tauragė and Alytus jazz festivals, appeared at Vilnius Book Fairs, Poets and Bards Evening at Prie Garažų, Būtent festival, Trakai Fanfare Week, Druskininkai Poetry Autumn, Vilnius Leaves, Jazz Camp and Jazz in the President's Palace Park, Jazz Night at Paliesius Manor, and concert halls across Lithuania, as well as tours in Germany, Latvia, Estonia and Hungary. In 2018, the band presented their debut album CinAmono, in 2021 their second album Music is the Ocean and in 2024 their latest album Duo. This album by Laura and Vytis features nine tracks representing poetry by seven Lithuanian authors and original music by the duo.
