The interdisciplinary art project Jonathan Livingston The Seagull
The play tells the story of Jonathan Livingston The Seagull, who seeks to break free from the limited rules of his Troop and discover the meaning of life through flight - which becomes an allegory, reminding us of the need in all of us to break free from the inner grip of limitations and the outer norms of society and thus awaken our true, authentic self. The play is a hymn to Courage, Love and continuous Improvement, when we go forward, fall, get up, fall again and get up again - thus overcoming our weakness, learning to accept ourselves and gradually growing into perfect, unrestrained Pisces.
"Each of us is a Jonathan Livingstone Seagull, but will we allow ourselves to believe it and...fly?" -
So, will we fly together?
